Application: Designed for secure archival storage and sorting of documents, photographic prints, newspaper clippings, etc. Use in conjunction with Side Loading Print Sleeves for optimum protection. Store envelopes in archival boxes, such as either Document or Drop Front styles. Features: Balanced side seams sealed with pH-neutral adhesive on the outside provide a smooth inner surface. Seams are on the short sides to provide equal thickness in storage and prevents, files stacks from “fanning”. Flaps are on the long side, for better access, with a 2 1/2 inch non-adhesive flap. Constructed of heavyweight, 7-point card stock acid and lignin free, cream in color. Note: Archival envelopes should not have center seams. Pressure on the seam from adjoining files will usually fall in the center of the contents and over time may cause damage.
