Polyethylene Bags. Application: Affords protection from the damaging effects of handling, dust, pollution and moisture. Formats are available for a variety of ephermera, including: cards, comic books, sheet music, record jackets. Also sizes for matted prints in digital or conventional photographic media. Features: Manufactured from uncoated polyethylene, which is chemically inert. Flap-style bags have the additional advantaged of being easier to load, after which the flap can be folded over and secured with a bit of tape for added dust protection on the open end. The transparency of polyethylene decreases with an increase of mil thickness. Accordingly, 2 mill thick material strikes an excellent compromise between product strength and clarity.
